So this happened. Celebrate Austin Visitor's Guide is a yearly hard-cover publication that well, celebrates Austin, TX and The Hill Country. It’s distributed to hotels, hospitality suites and more. Robert Hurst’s art has been featured on the cover at least three times over the years and inside more often. In their 2023 edition they ran a five page tribute to Robert.   Robert Hurst was the official artist of the Texas Sports Hall of Fame for 25 years from 1997 until his death in 2021. To honor Robert's contribution to the Texas Sports Hall of Fame over the years a permanent display was created in his memory. The Texas Sports Hall of Fame is located at 1108 S. University Parks Dr. Waco, Texas 76706
