- US Postal Service Priority Mail: December 20, 2018
- Fed Ex Ground - in Texas: December 20, 2018
- Fed Ex Ground - outside of Texas December 19, 2018
How long does it take to ship once I place my order and when will I receive it?
In stock items, which are the majority of our items, ship within 1 to 2 business days. We ship via Priority Mail and Fed Ex Ground, hence your order will be received 1 to 3 days after shipping. We are dedicated to communicating with all of our customers in an expedient manner about their orders. Subsequently, you will be notified of your approximate ship date ASAP. You will receive another notice once the item has been sent. In the rare case your order is a "special order" you will be notified promptly via email with an expected ship date. Special orders usually take 3 - 7 days
What are your shipping charges?
Your shipping charge will be calculated during the check out process. You will have a chance to review the changes before finalizing your order. We strive to keep shipping charges as low as possible. Your best price will be Priority Mail, so select that when you check out for the lowest price

We ship Priority Mail or Fed Ex Ground within the continental USA
How is my artwork packaged?
Whenever possible, non-framed artwork is shipped flat. It is protected with a stiff backing-board and wrapped with a clear plastic bag. Another layer or two of stiff board ensures your art is received in good order. 98% of all unframed art is shipped this way. Oversize non-matted posters are wrapped, rolled and tubed. Framed art is securely wrapped and boxed with layers of bubble wrap, cardboard and/or packing peanuts. We have encountered few shipping problems and do everything possible to make certain your art is received in pristine condition. In the unlikely event your artwork is damaged in route by the shipper contact us for replacement. (See our Return Policy for more detail)
Is there somewhere I can go to purchase and pick up my artwork?
Yes. If you live in or near Austin, Texas or will be visiting you can come to the artist's studio to purchase and pick up your artwork. Just select Studio Pick Up when placeing your online order or contact us at 512-444-7661 or email@example.com to make arrangements. Hours are flexible
Do you have a satisfaction guarantee?
Yes, if you are not satisfied with your artwork for any reason return it to us for a replacement, refund, or credit within 15 days of receipt. Go to our Satisfaction Guaranteed Return Policy page for more detail
Do you have any shipping exceptions?
Rarely. If your shipment is oversize, must be shipped in multiple cartons, or for any reason we cannot ship the items you ordered within our normal guidelines, or you request special services, we will call or e-mail you with a shipping quote before we ship
